The Lund Corridor will operate at LOS E by 2036 with Harris, Hoover, and Chase intersections currently operating at LOS F, F, and E respectively. Chase ranks 7th on the County's Intersection Capacity List (2023). The corridor is a rural design with two travel lanes and paved shoulders. The Chase intersection is the main entrance to the 209-acre South Kitsap Regional Park, major access point to the residential areas to the south, transit route, and the primary mid-corridor pedestrian crossing for Lund Avenue.
