Project Description

The Project proposes to widen the corridor to five-lanes for added capacity, provide pedestrian facilities along the east side of the roadway (west side fronts BNSF railroad and lacks right-of-way), relocate transit stops to improve safety, install a pedestrian signal and street lighting, construct storm drainage facilities improvements to address stormwater runoff, and associated utility improvements including replacement and relocation of City-owned and franchise utilties.
