A field investigation has concluded that NW Arden Avenue is in poor condition and requires reconstruction in order to ensure safe and efficient transportation. NW Arden Ave is a highly utilized road that provides access between the citys two bridges as well as the school and residential district. Existing sidewalks are underutilized due to the existing cross section placing them too close to homes, causing vehicles to park over the sidewalk.
