Project Description

The proposed roadway improvements will pulverize the existing roadway to construct a suitable roadway base, prelevel the roadway with crushed surfacing material, and repave the roadway. 10-foot travel lanes will be established.

Existing Condition

Cherry Lane, Kosmos Lane, Tilton Way, Crystal Way, and Collar Ave all have a PCR score under 44, indicating a need for reconstruction. These streets serve the densely populated neighborhood in the northwestern portion of the City, including the Sunny Acres subdivision, Morton Seventh-day Adventist Church, and
