Project Description

Reconstruct the existing roadway by Full Depth Reclamation with a 6-inch cement treated base, surfaced with 3-inches of HMA. The project will also construct/improve existing pedestrian infrastructure inclusion of Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFB) for street crossings. The RRFBs are proposed at the intersection of School Street and W. Pine St. and at the intersection of Park St., W. Pine St., and US 12.To limit access from U.S. 12, W. Pine Street is proposed to be a one way street, with angled parking.
