Cascade Dr. has a poor/non-existent road base in areas. Roadway contains alligator cracking and potholes throughout entire length as well as deterioration of the entire roadway. If roadway is not repaired soon the Town will be unable to preserve and extend the life of the existing roadway as it currently exhibits extensive failure and is deteriorating away. Roadway is subject to primarily truck traffic daily from local industries and needs to be restored before complete failure and it cannot be.

Project Description
Project proposes a grind and 3 inch overlay of existing roadway including subgrade repairs in problem areas to provide a continuous solid base for the roadway to handle the heavy industrial traffic and loads it sees daily.
