Project Description

The project provides a two inch HMA overlay or grind and overlay of Central Avenue west of SR 97. The scope include pavement repair and roadway restoration where needed. Construction of one block of curb, gutter and sidewalk with ADA ramps completes the pedestrian corridor. Upgrade or construction of ADA ramps on existing sidewalks ensures ADA compliance. Construction of stormwater facilities to collect and dispose of stormwater eliminates standing water and icing.
