Project Description

FDR with base stabilization (ATB or CTB) between Trent and about 150 feet south of Frederick. A HAWK signal at Buckeye. The existing sidewalk and curb on either side of the road will be maintained, but pedestrian ramps upgraded for compliance.

Existing Condition

Argonne Road connects Spokane Valley and Millwood to north Spokane County areas, within the city the road is a primary means to access neighborhoods and business. ADT of 30,000+ with heavy peak hour congestion. Pavement, crossings and configuration are poor.
