Project Description

This project will include the grinding and overlaying of Railroad Avenue from 12th St. to the City limits 100'+/- beyond Pacific Ct. Crushed surfacing top course will be used to fill and level the areas adjacent to the traveled way. Non-compliant ADA curb ramps and sidewalk replacement funds are being requested through the 2018 Urban SP for the same project area. Currently, the City has three other planned construction projects that include the placement of estimated an 10,500 tons of HMA. The City will be replacing the watermain in early 2019 prior to the HMA overlay.
