The Jones/John Liner Railroad Undercrossing is a new road (1100 feet) across unimproved right of way. It will consist of one 11-foot travel lane in each direction, curb/gutter on both sides, a three-foot buffer strip and ten-foot multi-use path on the north side, five-foot sidewalk on the south side, redesign the drainage ditch and replace with a modern storm system, and install street lighting in key locations.
