Existing Conditions

Alexander Court has several missing sidewalk sections and numerous non-compliant ADA ramps near the schools. The current condition of the Alexander Court roadway surface is poor, has nonexistent storm water facilities, lacks proper pavement markings, and is in need of widening on the South end.

Description of Improvements

FDR the roadway, new pedestrian facilities, new striping, new street lighting, and improved storm drainage facilities. Pedestrian facilities include constructing new sidewalks, curb and gutter, and ADA ramps to fill the missing segments along Alexander Court. The project widens Alexander Court on the South end of the roadway by approximately 5 feet (typical).
