Existing ConditionsMutiple Segments on different roads in the city of Asotin have begun to form extensive cracks in the road surface. These Cracks are large and treatable through crack sealing to preserve the roads before further maintenance will be required. The City of Asotin is concerned that some of these roads will be put into a state of disrepair if maintenance does not occur |
