Existing ConditionsOcean Beach Boulevard (OBB) is the alternate pedestrian route to SR 103 and has pedestrians walking on the existing narrow roadway. This is in part due to the residential developments along OBB, but is also due to OBB connecting the after-school program building on Pioneer Rd to 26th St. NW (leading to the Discovery Trail) and because walking on OBB allows pedestrians to avoid walking along the state highway. |
