Existing Conditions

The existing roadway is deteriorating and does not have any storm drainage facilities or pedestrian facilities. PCR ranged from 50-54 (2023 Data). All parallel routes lack sidewalks, including SR 215.

Description of Improvements

Reconstruct 3rd Avenue from Irene Street to Greta Street. Two 11-foot HMA lanes with rolled curb and gutter on both sides will be installed, with an 8-foot gravel parking lane serving as a buffer for a 5-foot sidewalk. Storm Drainage facilities will also be installed.
