Existing ConditionsJonathan Avenue is partially constructed and if extended can complete a portion of the grid network and increasing multimodal access from the developing residential in North Omak. This lack of grid connectivity contributes to traffic congestion on SR 215. |

Description of Improvements
Extend Jonathan Avenue, constructing a new roadway connecting Quince Street to Pine Street and Oak Street. Construction will consists of 5' sidewalk, 8' parking, 11' travel lane on both sides.
