Existing Conditions

Jonathan Avenue is partially constructed and if extended can complete a portion of the grid network and increasing multimodal access from the developing residential in North Omak. This lack of grid connectivity contributes to traffic congestion on SR 215.

Description of Improvements

Extend Jonathan Avenue, constructing a new roadway connecting Quince Street to Pine Street and Oak Street. Construction will consists of 5' sidewalk, 8' parking, 11' travel lane on both sides.
