Existing ConditionsA subdivision South of W Hoag Street is constructing half width street improvements. The new subdivision development would leave the westbound lane - which provides major access to and from the fire station- unimproved. In addition, pedestrian facilities on the North end of W Hoag Street do not adhere to current ADA requirements. |

This project proposes to reconstruct the existing westbound lane of W Hoag Street as well as replace portions of existing pedestrian facilities to ensure ADA compliance. This would include an ADA compliant pedestrian crossing at the intersection of W Hoag Street and Parcel Avenue.
