Existing ConditionsMcBryde Avenue is a primary pedestrian corridor for the north side of the City. This corridor has pedestrian facilities west of Church Street to link the northwest side of town to the high school but has no facilities or inadequate facilities to serve the northeast areas of the City. The existing McBryde Avenue corridor west of Church Street is very narrow with a 10 foot asphalt lanes and limited shoulder width in many locations. |
