Existing ConditionsMcBryde Avenue is a primary pedestrian corridor for the north side of the City. This corridor has pedestrian facilities west of Church Street to link the northwest side of town to the high school but has no facilities or inadequate facilities to serve the northeast areas of the City. The existing McBryde Avenue corridor west of Church Street is very narrow with a 10 foot asphalt lanes and limited shoulder width in many locations. |

Summary of Improvements
- The proposed sidewalk will fill the last gap in sidewalk corridor. The improvements will address the ADA, mobility and safety issues. The project will include placement of ADA compliant ramps, provide a delineated walking corridor and provide a curb and an additional 2 of buffer between traffic and pedestrians.
Description of Improvements
Continue the work that was completed with TIB funds on the west side of the corridor by installing another 830 feet of sidewalk from Satsop Street to Adams Street.
