Existing ConditionsJames St. is the only north-south transportation corridor that could provide a low stress multimodal connection from the city core to the developing areas. Currently, James St. is a rural roadway with two asphalt paved lanes averaging 12-foot lane widths and no pedestrian or bicycle facilities. |
