Existing ConditionsThere is currently an approximate 300 foot gap in the sidewalk network on the East side of Porter Way from Juniper Street to 7th Avenue. This gap causes pedestrian to have to walk on a narrow shoulder (approximately 2 feet) that places them between northbound traffic and the existing guardrail. |
