Existing Conditions

ADA ramps on Pacific Avenue and sidewalk on the north side of Beechwood Street were installed as part of a CDBG grant for low-income areas. The city installed approximately 600 feet of sidewalk on Pacific Avenue north and south of Beechwood Street in conjunction with the CDBG grant. Sidewalk to the south will be constructed as part of the future Exit 21 improvements. Therefore, a 300 foot gap in the sidewalk is located in this section.

Description of Improvements
