Existing ConditionsThe existing sidewalk ends on Highway 99 just south of the Tenny Creek crossing. Highway 99 is a four-lane principal arterial paralleling lnterstate-5 between downtown Vancouver and NE 134th Street and is one of the highest accident corridors in Clark County. |
