Existing ConditionsThe crossing improvement location will be included in Pierce Countys Safe Routes to School Plan 2024 Update, and was identified by the Franklin Pierce School District as a priority project in their district which would expend the walking areas for two schools: Washington High School and Keithley Middle School. Washington HS had approximately 1,020 students enrolled and Keithley MS had 790 students enrolled. |
