Existing Conditions

Currently, there is a gap for active transportation users between Gig Harbor North and the waterfront and downtown areas. Users are currently forced to use the narrow shoulder to traverse the gap.

Description of Improvements

This project constructs a shared use path where there is currently a gap in bicycle and pedestrian facilities along the east side of Burnham Drive between the Eagles Club Driveway and 96th Street.
