Existing ConditionsThis section fronts on Lake Sacajawea and see a lot of foot traffic to and from the park. Pavement condition is poor, ADA ramps need to be replaced and brought up to standards, the intersection of NW and NE Nichols is at an acute angle with multiple points of entry, and there are no existing bike lanes. |

Grind and inlay with HMA. Replace broken concrete street panels, as needed. Replace and upgrade ADA ramps. Realign the NW and NE Nichols intersection using curbs and striping to eliminate intersection conflict points. Add bike lanes.
