Summary of Improvements
Description of Improvements
This segment of W Martin Street is located adjacent to the Kahlotus Elementary School and Junior/Senior High School and serves as an access point to amenities on both sides of the road. In 2018 the water main was replaced and left multiple street patches in the existing pavement surface. Work will include crack sealing, minor pavement repairs and prelevel work, and chip sealing.
