Existing ConditionsThe City of North Bonneville is bisected by State Route 14. Cascade Drive connects two halves of the city via an underpass at State Route 14. Hot Springs Way provides access from SR 14 to local residential areas, a rock quarry, and the Bonneville Power Administration, the latter of the three being some of the biggest economic drivers of the community. Both Cascade Drive is deteriorating and Hot Springs Way is in extremely poor condition and experiencing multiple forms of failure. |
