Existing ConditionsThe pavement was last assessed in 2009 and was rated to be between 32-40. Naches Avenue is one of the major streets running north-south, connecting W. 1st Street and a large residential area to 9th Street and the Citys schools. There is currently no curb and gutter to collect storm drainage and protect the edges of the roads. The pedestrian access route has gaps and there is a lack of curb ramps and accessibility. |
