Existing ConditionsHancock Avenue is in need of improvements. From its intersection with Surf Street to its intersection with Anchor Drive, Hancock Avenue currently has a gravel surface. This section of Hancock Avenue helps to serve residential as well as commercial buildings with access to the beach. Hancock Avenue connects with SR 105 (S Forrest St.) as its Western Termini. This improvement to Hancock Avenue, would improve city circulation, as it would improve access to and from the beach. |
