Existing ConditionsDowntown Duvall generates significant foot traffic year round from its various community attractions. The lack of a crosswalk at the intersection of SR-203 and NE Cherry St near the community gym, the post office , and a local church leads to pedestrians frequently crossing the unmarked highway dangerously. Foot traffic in this area has to walk nearly 400 ft north or south to cross a signalized crosswalk. |
