Existing Conditions132nd Avenue NE is an urban minor arterial connecting LWTech and the N Rose Hill neighborhood with the regionally designated Totem Lake Urban Center. Currently there is an uncontrolled pedestrian crossing at the LWTech campus driveway (the primary campus transit stop). |
