Existing Conditions13th St connects residents to Penny Playground, Chehalis Sports Complex, and Shaw Aquatic Center. This route is a main connector from residential areas to WF West High School. The sidewalk on the southeast side of 13th St has intermittent gaps and the majority lacks curb ramps and marked crosswalks from Williams Ave up to Market Blvd. There is existing sidewalk on the northwest side of 13th St, but there is a long unprotected crossing from Williams Ave to Market Blvd, making the sidewalk on this side of the road inaccessible to residents on the southeast side of 13th St. |
