Existing ConditionsCurrently 53rd Avenue NE, a connector between Sunnyside Blvd (a major arterial) and State Route 528 only has curb, gutter and sidewalk on the west side of the road. There is no curb or shoulder or sidewalk on the east side of 53rd Avenue NE in this highly urbanized neighborhood in Marysville. Therefore a shared used path is needed on the east side of 53rd between Sunnyside Blvd and SR 528. |
