Existing ConditionsThe sidewalk on 6th Ave is in dire need of replacement in most locations. This sidewalk is the main walking route to the Ritzville Grade School and the Lind-Ritzville High School. There are currently no ADA ramps at the intersection of Columbia or Palouse. |
