There is no sidewalk on the west side of Rocky Point Road from Marine Drive to the entrance of the Crownhill Elementary School and the crosswalks at the entrance to the school are non-compliant or non-existent. There is a need for this project as this area is within the walk shed for the school and will improve pedestrian safety for the students and residents along this City arterial.
