There is an existing gap in sidewalk between 154th Street and 15000 block along the east side of 179th Avenue. This is a commonly used pedestrian travel way as it accesses the Evergreen Health Center to the north and Park Place Middle School to the South.

Project Description
Approximately 950 linear feet of sidewalk, planter strip, curb and gutter and bike lane striping will close the gap. This work will also require the construction of a stormwater system that will include approximately nine catchbasins, two water quality treatment units and underground infiltration galleries to mitigate stormwater runoff.
