Orchard Ave is a major east-west connection for the local community, and provides access to schools, neighborhoods, and recreation opportunities. The existing pavement condition has deteriorated to a point of needing rehabilitation. Replacing deficient curb ramps along this corridor is a costly component of the pavement rehabilitation project, and needed for accessible pedestrian on the corridor.
