Farnham St. and Webster Ave. is a critical intersection for vehicles, cyclists, and pedestrians. The primary safety concern is the proximity of the intersection to the Dan Gordan Bridge and the occurrence of west bound vehicles having a limited reaction time to respond to pedestrians using the crosswalk.
