The Centennial Trail is a 40+ mile regional separated path for users until it reaches Boulder Beach on Upriver Dr. The trail is designated to continue along Upriver Dr., but for approximately two miles users are forced to travel a 6-foot-wide bike lane with no physical separation from traffic and functions more like a road shoulder than a trail. Upriver Dr. is an Urban Minor Arterial, T-3 freight route, with a traffic volume of 11,783. This is a high-injury corridor identified through the Safe Streets for All Action Plan in coordination with SRTC.
