Project Description

Grind and inlay with HMA after replacing broken concrete panels to restore pavement condition, replace ADA ramps, replace and/or upgrade signal system and add bike lanes.

Existing Condition

Olympia Way and Nichols Blvd. front Northlake Elementary school and Lake Sacajawea and see a lot of foot traffic to and from the school. Pavement condition is poor, ADA ramps need to be replaced and brought up to standards signal needs to be replaced with appropriate pedestrian upgrades.
