This project provides and ADA compliant sidewalk and crosswalk connection along the south side of SW Normandy Road, through the 4th Ave SW intersection, where there currently is none. It improves entering sight distance for drivers on 4th Ave SW entering SW Normandy Road. This is currently a very skewed intersection. This project improves the intersection angle. The project also closes a gap in the sideway system on 4th Ave SW near SW 183rd Street.

Project Description
Construct a soldier pile wall in order to regrade the approach of 4th Ave SW at SW Normandy Road and improve the intersection angle, construct missing gaps of curb/gutter and sidewalk along the south side of SW Normandy Road and on 4th Ave SW.
