Jasmine Street connects with Okoma Drive (State Route 215) just south of the proposed project vicinity. The roadway serves several businesses, the hospital, and a school athletic facility. The roadway was recently reviewed by TIB staff and received a PCR of 50. The roadway has medium alligator cracking ranging from 13% - 24%. It lacks sidewalks, and adequate storm drainage. Access along the roadway is largely not controlled by formalized approaches
