The existing roadway has many sealed longitudinal cracks in the vehicle wheel paths, which are a result of the constant daily traffic volume. Many of these longitudinal cracks have expanded. The Average Daily Volume has increased over time 2014 (6,172 ADT) 2024 (7,517 ADT). The pavement markings are fading and in need of replacement. There are 12 sidewalk ramps in this segment and 7 ramps are not ADA compliant. The pedestrian push buttons are not within reach range of the landings curb ramps.
