Project Description

Grind and 2-inch overlay of Ellingson Road between West Valley Highway and UPRR with 11 ADA ramp upgrades. 2-inch grind and overlay with ADA ramps of the following segments Ellingson Road Eastbound - Pacific Ave to 600 feet e/o Pacific Ave Ellingson Road - 600 feet e/o Pacific Ave to C St Algona Boulevard - Ellingson Road to Algona C/L Milwaukee Boulevard - Ellingson Road to 5th Ave N This project constructs an enhance crossing of Ellingson Road for the Interurban Trail with a speed table, striping and rectangular rapid flashing beacon.
