The existing asphalt, in both locations, have an approximate pavement depth of 3 inches and have severe cracking throughout. W. 5th Street from Stassen Way to Grandridge is the remaining section of 5th Street that has yet to be resurfaced. There are no non-compliant ADA ramps.
