Grind/haul 2 in. HMA in main travel lanes, not TWLTL. 30 ft typ mill width, wider at select intersections and dedicated turn lanes (53 ft max). Surface prep, spot repair, overlay w/ 2 in. HMA, striping, upgrade ADA ramps, and other incidental work.
