A 250-foot section of pavement on E. Pioneer in the vicinity of Church street is showing signs of deterioration. This section of road is relatively flat and currently does not drain well. Project Description
Grind and overlay the section of deteriorated E. Pioneer. Design this overlay to increase the cross slope in this road section to help move the water off the road and into the drainage system.Pre-level Fleet Street from Spruce to Broadway and S. 1st Street from Wynooche Avenue to the South end. Prepare for the pre-level with strategic grinding and work by City crews to upgrade shoulder/sidewalk conditions.
