Walnut Street from SR 172 to Cemetary Rd is an unstriped paved road with gravel shoulders. There is visible cracking and deterioration from cyclical loading and frost heave over time. This is also a location near 2nd Ave that experiences stormwater ponding which has further deteriorated the pavement.
