Existing Conditions The road was last assessed in 2020 and received a rating ranging from 59-72, indicating that the road is still capable of being overlaid without major subgrade repair. Walnut Street is a T-5 truck route. The roadway also connects to the Coulee City Food Center, Coulee City Medical Clinic, Banks Lake Lodge, the elementary and high school campus, and the rodeo grounds.
