Existing ConditionsThe pavement for both roadways is in poor condition. The Pavement Condition Index (PCI) for Morton street is 50.5 and for Sumner Street is 31.9 Morton Street: primarily longitudinal and fatigue cracking with severity ranging from low to high; low to moderate severity transverse cracking; high severity patching; moderate to high severity potholes. Sumner Street: same issues as Morton, but more severe and with higher frequency. |
