Existing ConditionsNorth Pierce Street is the primary vehicular access and pedestrian walking route access to Kittitas Elementary School. The roadway shows severe signs of distress, including transverse, longitudinal, and alligator cracking. The east side of the roadway lacks storm drainage and pedestrian facilities. This work aligns with Kittitas School District construction improvements to Kittitas Elementary School in process. |
